Job summary

Chichester College Group in Brighton is seeking an Admissions and Enrolment Advisor to provide impartial information, guidance and support to prospective students, parents and employers, and to help recruit and retain learners through a centralised admissions service.

You will be actively involved in college-wide promotional events, assist with prospectus production and marketing materials, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive student experience within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a customer service environment.
• Proven organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritise.
• Experience of working within an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a cross-college Admissions and Guidance team, providing impartial information and guidance to prospective students, parents and employers.
• Support and promote the recruitment and retention of students.
• Be actively involved with College promotional events and assist with prospectus and marketing tools.
