Job summary

Chichester College Group in Brighton is seeking an Admissions and Enrolment Advisor to join a cross-college admissions and guidance team. Based on-site in central Brighton, you will provide impartial information, advice and guidance to prospective students, parents and employers.

You will support student recruitment and retention, participate in college promotional events, and assist with the preparation of the prospectus and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a customer service environment.
• Proven organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritise.
• Experience of working within an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a cross-college centralised Admissions and Guidance team, co-ordinated on a day-to-day basis by the Admissions Supervisor, providing impartial information, advice and guidance to prospective students, parents and employers etc.
• Overall supporting and promoting the recruitment and retention of students.
• Be actively involved with College promotional events and to assist with the completion of the prospectus and other marketing tools.
