Job summary

University Partnerships Programme is recruiting a Cleaner to join our team on a fixed-term contract through 1 May 2027. The role is 20 hours per week, 09:00–13:00, Monday to Friday, in student accommodation across our sites in Oxford.

Salary is £14,144.90 per annum, with a supportive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to a positive student living experience. We welcome applicants with cleaning experience in similar environments and strong communication and organisational skills,

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning in a similar environment.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for doing an excellent job.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated student accommodation areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.).
• Vacuum, wash, and polish floors; clean walls, doors, furniture and surfaces.
• Empty bins and manage rubbish; assist with linen and laundry during summer period.
• Clean windows, glasses, cutlery and utensils; daily liaison with residents and staff.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies and guidelines.
