UPP Ltd is hiring a Cleaner for our student accommodation in Exeter. This permanent part-time role runs 25 hours per week, typically 9am–2pm, Monday to Friday.

You will clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas to a high standard, including carpets, floors, walls and windows. Ideal candidates have experience in similar cleaning roles, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to follow Health & Safety guidance.

Aufgaben

• Clean designated areas for student accommodation including bedrooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens and white goods.
• Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets; sweep and polish floors; clean walls, doors, furniture and radiators.
• Wash windows and glassware; empty bins and manage rubbish in flats.
• Make beds and laundered linen processes during summer; assist with laundry collection and packing.
• Liaise with residents, Residence Managers and UPP staff daily and adhere to Health & Safety policies.
