UPP Ltd. is hiring a Cleaner in Oxford for a permanent part-time role (20 hours/week, 9am-1pm, Mon-Fri) with a salary of £14,144.90 per year. You will clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and all white goods in our student accommodation and liaise with residents and Residence Managers.

Experience in similar cleaning environments, good English, and strong attention to detail are essential. The role may require travel to other sites and DBS checks may be required.

Mansioni

• Clean designated areas in student accommodation including bedrooms, bathrooms, showers, kitchens and appliances.
• Vacuum, spot clean, shampoo carpets and sweep/polish floors; clean stairs and furniture.
• Empty waste bins and remove rubbish to bin stores; wash walls and surfaces as needed.
• Liaise with residents, Residence Managers and UPP staff daily to coordinate cleanliness.
• During summer, make beds, launder and pack linens, and clean internal/external windows where applicable.
