Qualifications

  • Willing to lead delivery and development of independent academic advice service.
  • Experience interpreting policies and explaining them clearly to others.
  • Welsh and English fluency is essential across situations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide independent, impartial academic advice, guidance and casework.
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of the academic advice service.
  • Coordinate welfare campaigns, projects and activities.
  • Develop relationships with university services and external organisations.
