The role

We are seeking an experienced sales negotiator responsible for the delivery of sales of residential property in the Haslemere area.

Responsibilities

  1. Delivery of individual and team revenue against set targets through the sale of residential properties in the Haslemere area. Generate revenue through driving sales and viewings against set KPIs.
  2. Develop relationships and work closely with clients through meetings to secure future instructions/business.
  3. Undertake viewings for prospective buyers as part of the sales process.
  4. Manage ongoing client instructions to ensure all parties are kept informed of developments.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both face-to-face and by telephone or email.
  6. Meet with clients and provide a service tailored to individual instructions.
  7. Progress sales to completion, including liaison with solicitors as appropriate and keeping all parties well-informed.
  8. Offer informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.
  9. Maintain a network of internal and external contacts to gather market information and identify new business opportunities.
  10. Maintain team standards according to company policy and external regulations, including compliance and KYC responsibilities.
  11. Maintain the residential client database.

Person specification

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Possess local knowledge of Haslemere and surrounding areas.
  3. Have excellent negotiating and rapport-building skills.
  4. Understand the residential sales process thoroughly.
  5. Be familiar with relevant regulations, AML, and KYC procedures in residential transactions.
  6. Build and maintain good relationships with team members, clients, and agents.
  7. Demonstrate commitment to high standards and quality service.
  8. Maintain a composed manner and work effectively under pressure.
  9. Possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  10. Have excellent telephone manners and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  11. Be capable of working well in a team and independently.
  12. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
