Job summary

Ringway is seeking a Structures Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of bridge, culvert and structural maintenance schemes across the Kent network. You will oversee the Structures Team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

You will manage Project Managers and Supervisors, maintain strong client relationships and drive commercial and programme performance while upholding health, safety and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways, civil engineering or structures environments.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience delivering bridge and structures projects.
• Knowledge of project controls and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Structures Team across maintenance and improvement schemes.
• Manage Project Managers and Supervisors delivering bridges and structures projects.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee commercial, financial and programme performance.
• Ensure health and safety and engineering standards compliance.
• Supporting planning and delivery of future schemes.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from conception to handover.
