Carrington West is seeking a Structures Manager to lead management, maintenance and strategic development of highway structures and infrastructure assets. The role covers bridges, walls, culverts and geotechnical assets with strong technical leadership and asset lifecycle focus.
The position requires Chartered/Inc. Engineer status, proven leadership, and the ability to manage capital and revenue budgets while delivering large-scale programmes in a hybrid Bristol-area environment.
Location: Bristol Area - Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
Rate: Up to £60 per hour
Contract: Initial 6 months
Hours: Full-time
Carrington West is supporting a major organisation with the appointment of an experienced Structures Manager to lead the management, maintenance and strategic development of a diverse highway structures and infrastructure asset portfolio.
This is a senior contract position with responsibility for bridges, retaining walls, culverts, road restraint systems and geotechnical assets, combining technical leadership with strategic asset management and significant capital programme responsibility.
This role would particularly suit an experienced Structures Manager, Highway Structures Manager, Bridges Manager, Principal Structures Engineer or Structures Asset Manager looking for a senior contract with responsibility for both technical delivery and long-term asset strategy.
