Job summary

Ringway is seeking a Structures Manager to lead a portfolio of bridge, culvert and structural maintenance schemes across the Kent network. The role covers projects from minor maintenance to major structures schemes worth over £2 million and involves leadership across the structures team.

Key duties include delivering projects safely, managing stakeholders, and ensuring performance against client expectations and budgets. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering structures, bridges, culverts or highways infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of commercial management and project controls.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Structures Team across maintenance and improvement schemes.
• Manage Project Managers and Supervisors delivering bridge and structures projects.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee commercial, financial and programme performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and engineering standards.
• Support planning, development and delivery of future schemes.
• Manage projects from conception through to completion and handover.
