Run Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Senior Engineer to lead a major roads and structures project in Kent. You will bridge the gap between the site engineering team and project management, guiding a team of five engineers across multiple packages.

This role requires heavy civils experience, particularly on complex river/rail crossings. You will coordinate subcontractors, drive quality and environmental standards, and report weekly progress and changes to the programme.

Competenze

• Experience leading a team of engineers on heavy civils projects.
• Experience on major roads/structures with river/rail constraints.
• Ability to coordinate between site and project management teams.

Mansioni

• Day-to-day leadership of a team of five engineers, acting as the main point of contact between site engineering and project management.
• Support the Project Manager to ensure quality and environmental specifications are met.
• Engage and manage subcontractors across river/rail crossing constraints in limited space.
• Attend weekly programme meetings and cascade changes to the engineering team.
