Job summary

FIS Capital Markets UK Limited is seeking a proactive Transaction Management professional to oversee portfolios of complex trade receivables finance and securitisation programmes. You will review reports, monitor performance, and coordinate payments while working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure robust, scalable operations.

You will develop expertise in transaction structures, reporting methodologies and controls, while supporting onboarding and cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• Experience in structured finance, securitisation or trade receivables finance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for financial data and complex spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and disciplined approach to checks.
• Interest in understanding transaction structures and reporting methodologies.
• Good problem-solving ability to investigate discrepancies logically.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a portfolio of trade receivables financing and securitisation programmes.
• Review investor and management reports for accuracy against procedures.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and data quality issues to identify root causes.
• Monitor performance and recurring reporting, escalating issues as needed.
• Process payments and perform reconciliations and data updates.
• Learn platform processes and support client implementation and processing.
• Assist with queries from corporate clients, investors and service providers.
• Maintain transaction procedures, calendars and controls.
• Support onboarding and transition of new transactions into the team.
• Contribute to audits, changes and cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
• Develop understanding of transaction structures through practical experience.
