Job summary

FIS Capital Markets UK Limited is seeking an Analyst for the Transaction Management Team to bolster ongoing operational activities within FIS SCF and related securitisation programs.

You will support report review, monitor transaction performance, process payments, and manage external party relationships. The role involves designing and implementing treasury procedures to support evolving client requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with securitisation transactions or trade receivables.
• Able to read and interpret transaction legal documents.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and multitask to meet tight deadlines.
• Interest in using new technological tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Client Implementation, Client Support, Structuring to ensure operational alignment.
• Coordinate information flow and support smooth execution of transaction-related activities.
• Verify transaction reports managed by the Transaction Management team.
• Review and confirm investment criteria, trigger conditions, and concentration tests per transaction documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports prior to distribution to stakeholders.
• Provide transaction support, investigating and addressing corporate/investor reporting queries; assist with transition of new transactions to Transaction Management.
• Develop understanding of transaction structures, legal documentation, and eligibility/investment criteria for report accuracy and compliance.
