Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC in London is seeking an experienced professional to join the Transaction Management Team to oversee daily operations of a portfolio of trade receivables financing and securitisation programmes, coordinating with corporate clients, investors and internal teams to ensure timely reporting and accurate cash movements.

You will review reports, resolve data issues, support audits, and contribute to scalability and automation projects while developing specialist

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in structured finance, securitisation or trade receivables finance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with financial data and complex spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and disciplined data checking.
• Interest in transaction structures, reporting methodologies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a portfolio of trade receivables financing and securitisation programmes.
• Review investor and transaction reports for data accuracy and procedural compliance.
• Investigate data quality issues and operational exceptions with root-cause analysis.
• Monitor performance and recurring reporting, escalate issues as needed.
• Process payments, perform reconciliations and update market data.
• Collaborate with Client Implementation/Support to ensure smooth onboarding of new transactions.
• Assist with queries from clients and stakeholders and communicate updates.
