Job summary

FIS is seeking a Director in the Transaction Management Team to lead the delivery, governance and operational oversight of complex trade receivables securitisation programmes. You will be the senior escalation point for clients, investors and stakeholders, driving improvements across processes, controls and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured finance, securitisation, or trade receivables finance.
• Strong knowledge of transaction reporting and cashflow management.
• Experience leading teams and managing governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of trade receivables securitisation programmes through BAU operations.
• Oversee transaction performance and review programme KPIs.
• Act as escalation point for operational, reporting, and transaction issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage governance meetings, operational reviews, and change discussions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on transaction structures, reporting methodologies, and controls.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and risk controls across the programme.
