What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the end-to-end execution of European CLO transactions, including preparing and reviewing transaction documents, legal opinions, and regulatory filings
• Supporting partners and associates throughout the deal lifecycle, including coordinating transaction closings
• Liaising with clients, trustees, arrangers, and other deal parties
• Preparing post-closing documentation and handling government filings
• Maintaining structured deal files and managing document quality control

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in CLO or structured finance work at a top-tier or international law firm
• A law degree (or non-law degree with GDL) and completion of the LPC or SQE
• Strong drafting, organisational, and multitasking skills
• An eye for detail and a commitment to excellence under pressure
• A confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative mindset
