Job summary
Kroo Bank Ltd in London seeks an Associate in Structured Finance to support origination, structuring, execution and ongoing management of structured lending transactions across the end-to-end lifecycle.
You will develop detailed financial models, prepare credit papers for ExCo and Credit Committee, coordinate due diligence with stakeholders, and monitor portfolio risks while upholding regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in structured/leveraged/real estate or corporate banking within the UK.
- Experience preparing credit papers for UK bank committees.
- Familiarity with PRA and FCA frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Support origination, structuring, execution and ongoing management of structured lending transactions.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for asset backed and cash flow lending.
- Prepare indicative terms, proposals and pricing discussions including RWAs, RAROC, ROE and NIM.
- Prepare credit papers for ExCo, Credit Committee and Board reviews.
