The Firm A, a top-tier AmLaw firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Finance team in the New York office. The role offers exposure to sophisticated cross-border structured finance and securitization matters within a collegial, partnership-driven culture.

Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance or related finance transactions and must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in structured finance or related finance transactions.
• Strong deal experience from a law firm environment.
• Experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financing structures.
• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
• Advising clients on structured finance, securitisation, lending, and related financing transactions.
• Managing key workstreams on active deals and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting transaction due diligence and assisting with deal execution.
• Collaborating closely with partners, associates, and clients on asset-backed and structured finance matters.
• Supporting business development initiatives and helping build client relationships.
