Structured Finance Associate (1-3 PQE)

We are working with a US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team in their London office. The position is for a 1-3 year PQE Associate.

You will work on a broad range of mandates across securitisation, asset-backed finance and structured credit, acting for sponsors, banks, credit funds and originators. The team handles warehouse financings, loan-on-loan structures, financing structures for debt origination funds and the securitisation of a diverse range of asset classes. The work is international, spanning Europe, the US and Asia. Alongside this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.

Requirements

• You will have 1-3 years post-qualified experience in structured finance, securitisation, asset-backed finance or a broad banking and finance practice with relevant exposure


• You will have gained this experience from a reputable City or US law firm


• You will be England & Wales qualified with UK experience
