Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Structured Cabling Engineer to join a large development site in Derby on a permanent basis. You will install, test and terminate Cat6, Cat6a and fibre cabling across commercial, industrial and data centre environments.

This is a Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 role offering a great work life balance, training and progression opportunities, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience within Data Cabling, Structured Cabling, Fibre or Telecommunications.
• CSCS / ECS card.
• Local to Derby and looking for static work.

Derby (Commutable from Nottingham, Burton upon Trent, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Loughborough, Ashbourne and surrounding areas)

Are you a Structured Cabling, Data Cabling or Fibre Engineer looking for a local and static role where you have a great work life balance?

On offer is a great opportunity to work on a huge and exciting project in a permanent / secure role, where further training will be provided and competitive benefits.

The company trade as experts within Cable Installation across large scale Industrial and Commercial sites. Due to huge growth and contracts secure this is a new role.

You will be based out of a huge development site on Monday - Friday days basis. The day-to-day responsibilities will be high varied from Installation, Testing and Termination of Cat 6 and Fibre Cabling.

This position would suit a Data Cabling, Fibre or Structured Cabling Engineer looking for a permanent role offering variety, progression opportunities into Senior Management and great benefits.

The Role:

• Installation, termination and testing of Cat6, Cat6a and fibre cabling
• Work across commercial, industrial and data centre environments
• Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

The Person:

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
