You will work on multiple projects, creating detailed 3D models and transforming them into accurate technical drawings for the retail, residential and hospitality sectors across the UK.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of projects simultaneously, creating detailed 3D models and developing technical drawings

• Occasional site visits to verify conditions and dimensions
• Adapt and update drawings as projects progress and client requirements evolve

Are you a Structural Technician with Revit experience looking to join a rapidly growing, ambitious company offering flexitime and a profit share bonus whilst working on some of the most exciting projects in the UK?

In this role, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, creating detailed 3D models of buildings and structures and transforming these into accurate technical drawings. Projects range across the retail, residential, and hospitality sectors throughout the UK. In addition to your technical responsibility, you will be trained to become a team leader further enabling your ambition.

This role would suit a Structural Technician wit Revit experience looking to join a rapidly growing business.

The Role:

• Working on a variety of projects - residential, hospitality, retail using Revit
• Carrying out 3D modelling & developing technical drawings
• Occasional site visits
• Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm - flexitime
