Access Talent Group are currently working with an established Civil and Structural design consultancy who are seeking to bring on an Experienced Structural Technician into their growing Cardiff office. This is an opportunity for you to come into an established team and grow, working through the ranks of the office whilst being involved in some varied projects.

This is a role where you will be using Revit and AutoCAD, if you need training in Revit this is fine too! You will be able to work on schools, student accommodations as well as other residential properties in and around the area local to Cardiff and Bristol. You will be encouraged to help with mentoring more junior technicians within the business and show them the ropes. This is an exciting opportunity for a growing technician to join a growing team.

To be considered for this role:

• Be an Experienced Structural Technician
• EngTech qualification is desirable, but not essential
• Able to use Revit and AutoCAD
• Full right to live and work in the UK
• Experience within Residential and Commercial projects

You will be offered a market leading salary as well as a yearly bonus. Within this consultancy everyone is allowed hybrid working from the get-go, this is 2 days from home as well as 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays. Every year you are at the company, you will accrue an extra day of leave up to 30 days. The Cardiff office is due to start refurbishment so now really is your opportunity to get into a consultancy with good drive ahead of them!
