Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Structural Revit Technician in Cardiff. We are looking for someone with a structural background who is experienced, talented, and enthusiastic about BIM. This role is with an award-winning engineering consultancy in Cardiff, working across civil and structural engineering sectors.

Project values reach up to approximately £100m, including schemes of high local significance. The successful candidate will join the team in a senior position.

Responsibilities:

• Producing general arrangements and Revit models for building structures in various materials (RC detailing is a plus)
• Liaising with design teams, clients, and contractors
• Site visits
• Contributing to design team meetings
• Participating in setting standards and processes for BIM operations

We seek a candidate eager to use cutting-edge BIM software, capable of drawing and modeling directly from engineers' drawings, with a solid understanding of building construction.
