Job summary

The Highfield Company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery on structural steel projects across the UK. Based in South Wales, you will manage contractual performance, cost control and project finances from tender through final account, ensuring profitability and compliance.

You will liaise with main contractors and subcontractors, prepare valuations and variations, monitor budgets versus spend, and support procurement and contract administration to deliver major steel

Qualifications

• Experience as a QS within structural steel or construction
• Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Strong communication and organisational skills
