Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for high value steel frame construction projects. You will manage commercial activities, including valuations, CVRs, procurement and reporting, with a hybrid working pattern from Hayes, London (commutable from Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Uxbridge, High Wycombe, Reading, Staines-upon-Thames, Bracknell).

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveyor with construction experience and strong JCT contract knowledge.
• Confident producing CVRs/valuations and working closely with site teams, PMs and subcontractors.
• Career-oriented, diligent and calm under pressure, with strong communication and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Working on high value steel frame construction projects
• Commercial management across live construction projects: valuations, monthly CVRs, procurement and reporting
• Site/office/home based with project team collaboration and wider UK travel as required
