Senior Structural Engineer

Do you want to join a leading Engineering Consultancy as the key element of their succession plan? This independently owned multi-disciplinary consultancy in Nottinghamshire is looking for a senior structural engineer, preferably chartered, but a close to chartered with good experience will also be of great interest, to join them as part of their succession planning.

One of the existing partners is looking to retire in the next 5 years and this role will lead to becoming an associate and then onto partner to replace the retiring engineer.

The incoming Senior engineer will have broad experience in the design and delivery of building structures in the UK. They will need to be technically proficient as a designer, a good team player with an ambitious approach to their career.

The role will have a large commercial aspect to it, so being able to demonstrate they are engaged in business development (or want to be) is important.

They are ideally looking for someone who they can develop into being an associate and onto a partner over the 5 year period rather than someone who is there right now, so if that matches the ambitions you have for your career this is a role well worth exploring.
