Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking a graduate to join an established engineering consultancy in Newark, working on structural projects across education and public sectors. The role offers hybrid working after settling in and a chance to develop design and inspection capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Structural degree and around 2-3 years post-graduate experience, with a good grasp of structural design principles and building structures.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established engineering consultancy in Newark, working across structural projects within the education and public sectors.

The business is particularly keen to speak with engineers who have around 2-3 years' post-graduate experience and want to continue developing their technical capabilities across both design and inspection work.

You'll gain varied experience across Education, Leisure, Industrial and Commercial, with hybrid working available once you're established within the team.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

• Supporting the design and delivery of structural engineering projects
• Working across school and education schemes
• Undertaking council and structural inspections
• Preparing technical reports following site assessments
• Producing structural design calculations and technical information
• Assisting with drawings and project documentation
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and wider project teams
• Supporting projects through different stages of design and delivery

What They're Looking For

• Around 2-3 years' post-graduate industry experience
• Good understanding of structural design principles
