Job summary

Strata Consulting is establishing a Central London office and seeking a Structural Director to lead the UK venture. You will build a talented team of engineers and designers, drive client relationships, and work with an Associate Director to set the path for growth.

You will lead regional operations, engage with high-profile projects, and help shape the consultancy’s presence in the UK while collaborating with a global network of experts.

A boutique multi-disciplinary consultancy with multiple offices across Australia is establishing an office in Central London and looking to appoint a Structural Director to lead the business in the UK. Our client is an engineering consultancy known for its innovative approach to structural design and dedication to excellence. As they expand their footprint in the UK, the appointment of a Structural Director is key to lead this exciting venture. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping their presence in the UK.

As the Structural Director, you will have the opportunity to build a talented team of engineers and designers while playing a pivotal role in leading the London office. Initially focusing on growing the client base, you will be working alongside an experienced Associate Director in tandem to establish this consultancy. Long-term, you will collaborate with an international network of experts and have the autonomy to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and innovate in structural engineering.
