Structural Technician / Structural CAD Technician

A Worle, Weston-super-Mare, Bristol-based structural engineering design firm is looking to recruit a Structural Technician / Structural CAD Technician to join their team.

The Structural Technician / Structural CAD Technician will work on commercial, residential, and public sector projects. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for a candidate who could progress to roles such as CAD Manager, Drawing Office Manager, or Associate Director in the future.

The role involves liaising with the Associate Director and Director, managing a team of both senior and junior technicians. Daily tasks include detailing and drafting reinforced concrete structures, creating structural drawings, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
