Job summary

HDR in London is seeking a Digital Design Lead (Structural) to lead discipline modeling, generating and maintaining the discipline model per the Digital Delivery Plan, and coordinating with other disciplines to deliver integrated BIM outputs for large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree and 6+ years of experience, with strong Revit and Navisworks skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate across multi-disciplinary teams on complex Built Environment projects.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent with significant industry experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with BIM standards and digital delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work for a specific discipline with minimal direction from Architect/Engineer.
• Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and digital delivery output.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using current 3D software.
