Job summary

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic stroke therapy team on hyper-acute and acute stroke units. This fixed-term role runs until 26 April 2027, with supervision and development opportunities in a busy hospital environment.

You will be supervised by a named therapist and will link with the Band 7 clinical lead to support resource use within budget.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be passionate about stroke and develop skills within the service.
• Role involves day-to-day management in the absence of the team leader.
• Will supervise and appraise junior staff, support workers and undergraduates.
