You will support the Stroke Assessment Nurse and In-Patient Flow through the ED, ensuring all clinical interventions identified by the medical team are completed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English and Maths Grade D-G).
• Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support Stroke Assessment Nurse and Stroke Service In-Patient Flow through the ED.
• Ensure all clinical interventions identified by the medical team are completed.
• Deliver high standards of care as part of the Stroke Team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
