Job summary

Qube Recruitment is seeking a Strip & Refit Technician for our client in Hoo, Medway. The role involves removing and refitting vehicle components as part of the repair process, collaborating with panel beaters and technicians to ensure correct fit and function.

The ideal candidate has strip and refit experience, strong knowledge of vehicle components and bodywork, and can work independently or in a team while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Strip vehicles prior to repair and refit components after work
• Remove damaged panels, trims and parts as needed
• Refit panels and components following repairs
• Work with panel beaters and other technicians
• Ensure components are correctly fitted and functional
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow health and safety procedures
