Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives for UK projects. You will work with direct and sub‑contract labour, setting up temporary traffic lights and managing traffic flow on busy roads, while complying with RAMS and safety standards.

Candidates should hold LANTRA traffic management qualifications, be able to read CAD drawings, and have a valid UK driving licence (6 points max). Roles include both trainee and seasoned operators.

Qualifications

• LANTRA approved traffic management qualifications required.
• Ability to pass drugs & alcohol check.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights on site and manage traffic flow.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report defects and incidents to site/operations manager.
• Maintain safe working practices and team coordination.
