Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives across the UK. Operatives will work with direct labour and sub-contract teams to meet targets and deadlines. Duties include setting up traffic lights, managing flow, and adhering to RAMS and Health & Safety requirements.

Ideal candidates hold Lantra Traffic Management Qualifications, a valid UK driving licence (max 6 points), and can pass drugs and alcohol checks. Right to work in the UK is required.

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Pass Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK with Full UK Driving licence (max 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at temporary lights to ensure public compliance.
• Reporting to site or operations manager as needed.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within required time scales.
• Ensuring safe and effective team operation and quality.
