Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our expanding teams across the UK. You will work on streetworks schemes, set up temporary traffic signals, and manage traffic flow while ensuring safety and compliance.

We welcome candidates with Lantra qualifications, a valid UK driving licence (max 6 points), and the ability to pass drugs and alcohol checks. Training and progression opportunities are offered within a dynamic traffic management environment.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temporary traffic lights to ensure the public comply.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required timescales.
• Setting up traffic lights as needed and assisting with diversions of traffic.
• Ensuring the team works safely and efficiently to meet quality standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times and following RAMS.
