Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. You will work with direct and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines while ensuring safety at all times.

Requirements include Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications, a full UK driving licence (max 6 points), right to work, and the ability to pass a drugs and alcohol check. Duties include setting up temporary traffic lights and managing traffic flow on site.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
• Pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK
• Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points)

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales
• Setting up traffic lights
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects
