Job summary

Sapphire Utility Solutions, part of the Lanes Group, is recruiting a Streetworks Coordinator in Leyland to support our Streetworks Team on a 4 on 4 off rota. The role involves administering all Streetworks permits and notices under the TMA and NRSWA, with a base salary of £25,000 and 32 hours per week.

This position offers Friday–Sunday remote work, 24 days holiday pro-rata, and a benefits package including pension and an employee assistance programme.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate streetworks throughout the area.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Book in jobs on the Big Change system.
• Data entry.
• Handle queries.
• General administration duties.

Established in 2013, Sapphire Utility Solutions has quickly become the partner of choice for many clients across the UK in our chosen markets.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Streetworks Coordinator based in Leyland to support our Streetworks Team. This is based on a 4 on 4 off rota.

Working Hours & Location

• Salary: £25,000 per annum
• Hours: 32 hours per week, 4 on 4 off (08.00am-16.30pm)
• Location: Leyland based (Monday to Thursday). Work from Home (Friday to Sunday)
• Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays pro-rata (bank holidays returned in lieu if worked)

As a Streetworks Coordinator for our Streetworks Team, you will administer all Streetworks permits and notices in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) and New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA).

Your role will involve:

• Manage the coordination of streetworks throughout the area.
• Operate the Street Works Register for the planning of works and events being organised on the highway.
• Working closely with our Scheduling teams to enable operational delivery
• Working closely with Program Manager
• Speaking with internal stakeholders
• Booking in jobs on the Big Change system
• Data entry
• Dealing with queries
• General administration duties

About you
