Sapphire Utility Solutions, part of the Lanes Group, is seeking an Assistant Depot Manager to coordinate the Traffic Management Operatives and ensure safe, timely delivery of works. You will allocate operatives, liaise with planning teams and client representatives, manage depot vehicles and equipment, and operate within SLA/KPI targets.
The role is predominantly office-based with a company van for site work, based in Grazeley (Reading) and Kidlington, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30)

The Assistant Depot Manager is responsible for the planning and organisation of the Traffic Management Operatives response team activities, ensuring your team have the correct equipment and information to complete all works safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale. Working within the agreed SLA/KPI targets set by our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held a supervisory position and is looking to progress into a management role. This is predominantly an office based role however a company van is provided to enable you to work on various sites as and when required.
Location: Grazeley, Reading, Berkshire and Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08.00am-16.30pm)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
You will also be required to go on a standby rota and be flexible to the business needs in working nights and weekends. This is a full time position within a growing, and busy department.
