Job description

We are thrilled to announce a major contract win with Southern Water! We are recruiting for a number of Streetworks Coordinators to be based in our Customer Solutions Centre in Durrington.

As a Streetworks Coordinator for our Southern Water Contract, you will:

• Administer all Streetworks permits and notices in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) and New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA).
• Work closely with our Planning and Scheduling teams to enable operational delivery.
• Manage the coordination of streetworks throughout Hampshire, Kent, Sussex, and the Isle of Wight.
• Assess applications for and issue licenses for skips, scaffolds, hoardings, oversails, banners over the highway, and related issues.
• Operate the Street Works Register for planning works and events on the highway.
• Work pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday.
