Job Title: Streetworks Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join our Telecom team based in our Finchampstead office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within the team.

What we are looking for

As an experienced Streetworks Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate streetworks activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating efficient project execution. You will liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruption.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.

• Maintain accurate records of permit applications, approvals, rejections, and modifications, and track permit statuses throughout the works.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervisors for timely permit submissions and adherence to permit conditions.
• Communicate updates on activities, progress, and impacts to stakeholders.
• Liaise with local authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders for permits and approvals.
• Schedule and plan streetworks activities, allocating resources effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed, you should have previous streetworks experience within a Utilities Company or Local Authority. Knowledge of traffic management, safety regulations, and environmental considerations is essential. You should also possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
