Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Streetworks Compliance Team Lead based in Worsley to ensure safety and legal compliance across street works operations. You will mentor the compliance team, coordinate with client, and ensure adherence to legislation and the Safety at Street Works and Road Works Code of Practice.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within SLA.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.

• Experience leading a team in a compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, support and manage the performance of the Streetworks Compliance Team.
• Communicate and build relationships with the client.
• Identify non-compliant sites and ensure safe work practices by legislation.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with new legislation and the code of practice.
• Keep documentation in order and within SLA.
• Report and update compliance status to senior management and clients.
• Conduct internal checks, track non-compliance and drive improvements.
