Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Head of Streetworks (Back Office) to drive operational excellence and compliance across multiple contracts in Worsley, England. This role involves leading the development of Streetworks governance while ensuring adherence to legislation and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Streetworks, Highways, Utilities, or Infrastructure environments.
• Extensive knowledge of NRSWA, TMA, permit schemes, and Street Manager.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Streetworks back office function across the United Utilities contract.
• Develop and implement Streetworks strategies focused on compliance and operational efficiency.
• Drive improvements in permit performance, noticing quality, reinstatement compliance, and defect reduction.
