Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Street Works Co-ordinator to join its multi-utility team. You will coordinate notices and permits, manage submissions and closures, and liaise with project teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery of multi-utility projects.

The role requires strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on timely updates and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of utility operations and street works legislation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, submit, manage and close street works notices and permits.
• Create and maintain work packs and handover files to company standards.
• Plan and coordinate opening and closing notices across multiple schemes.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams; manage enquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
