Job summary

YES is a music-led independent venue in Manchester serving street food inspired dishes. We’re seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager who loves great food, busy nights and leading a team.

You’ll run the kitchen, keep standards high, and ensure the food quality matches the vibrant atmosphere. This 45-hour contract offers the chance to develop the menu within the YES style while growing with a lively, independent hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Has experience as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or similar.
• Confident leading a team in a busy kitchen.
• Brings energy, personality and a hands-on approach.
• Has experience with Pizza and handling dough.
• Cares about great food and wants to put their own stamp on the menu.
• Can keep things running smoothly when the venue is packed.

Manchester, serving street food inspired dishes that change with the trends.
We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who loves great food, busy nights
and leading a team.

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job. You’ll be in the thick
of it — running the kitchen, keeping standards high, leading your team and
making sure the food is as good as the atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has
  experience as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or similar
• Is
  confident leading a team in a busy kitchen
