Job summary

YES is a music-led independent venue in the heart of Manchester. We're looking for a Street Food Team Leader with kitchen experience, a natural sense of leadership and a hands-on approach to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our kitchen.

This is a busy, energetic role where you'll be right in the action - making pizza, supporting the team, keeping standards high and making sure service runs smoothly. 45-hour contract.

Qualifications

• Has solid experience working with pizza in a busy kitchen.
• Is confident taking the lead during service.
• Cares about quality, consistency and cleanliness.
• Is organised and comfortable with kitchen admin and paperwork, or willing to learn.
• Leads by example and works well with a team.
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and isn't afraid of hard work.
