Ubico Limited in Gloucester is seeking reliable, enthusiastic people to join our Street Cleansing team. This hands-on, outdoors role keeps the town clean, safe, and welcoming and suits those who enjoy physical work and variety.

You will drive a range of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes with a full UK driving license, work in crews or alone, perform daily vehicle safety checks, and cover fixed shifts Monday to Friday (early finishes up to 6pm). Weekend overtime is available for those who want it.

Ubico is looking for reliable, enthusiastic people to join our Street Cleansing team, helping to keep Gloucester clean, safe, and welcoming.

This is a hands-on, outdoors role that suits people who enjoy physical work, variety, and being part of a supportive team.

What the role involves:

• Street cleaning duties across the Gloucester boundary
• Driving a range of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (full UK driving licence required)
• Working either independently or as part of a crew, depending on the task
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks (oil, water, tyres, lights, beacons, etc.)
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions – no two days are the same

We offer four fixed shift options, all Monday to Friday, with no shifts finishing later than 6pm:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 7:00am – 3:00pm
• 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 10:00am – 6:00pm

There is also the opportunity for paid weekend overtime for those who want it.

What we’re looking for:
