Job summary

Ubico in Gloucestershire is seeking Loaders to collect refuse and recyclables from properties across the Cotswold District. This role offers active outdoor work and a strong work-life balance, with the chance to contribute to cleaner, greener communities.

You will be on site outdoors in all weather, lifting heavy objects and walking long distances as part of a busy daily routine. We value willingness to learn, basic understanding of waste operations, and reliability.

• Be fit and able to lift heavy objects and walk 8-10 miles daily.

Job description

We require Loaders to undertake collection of refuse and recyclables from properties throughout the Cotswold District.

You will need…

• Basic knowledge of refuse and recycling operations and willingness to learn
• Previous experience of working with mobile or static plant and equipment would be advantageous
• Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be fit and able to lift heavy objects (and walk 8-10 miles each day at a brisk pace)
