Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA required.
• Experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or corporate development.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver transformation/change programs.
• Experience building financial returns analyses.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven problem solving.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and transformation initiatives enabling growth.
• Plan, execute, and monitor initiatives across multiple functions or units.
• Develop strategy and goals with the Strategy and Transformation team.
• Lead transformation initiatives with key business teams.
• Track and report programme KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support internal communications aligned to transformation and growth goals.
• Identify stakeholders and build relationships with executive sponsors.
• Define project scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Establish governance structures, roles and responsibilities.
• Track and report project progress and resolve milestones issues.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned.
• Support strategic and budget planning cycles.
• Deliver business analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
• Support market and competitor research and establish organisational frameworks.
• Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate and manage risks and opportunities.
