Job summary

Human Economics is seeking Associate Analysts to support strategy, TOM and organisational design projects on a home-based basis in the UK. You will manage your workload with guidance from the Project Lead, delivering high-quality analysis, modelling and written outputs for client teams.

The role emphasizes Excel modelling, data analysis and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to progress into permanent roles as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years consultancy or in-house strategy, transformation, finance or operational improvement experience.
• Strong Excel modelling and data analysis skills.
• Experience with stakeholder interviews and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with organisation design projects (roles, structures, spans and layers).
• Knowledge of data tools beyond Excel (Power BI, Python or R).

Responsibilities

• Analysis, modelling and report writing: developing evidence-based insights and clear recommendations.
• Excel modelling: build budgets, headcount and cost analyses, and short-term forecasts with transparent assumptions.
• Presentations and written communications: draft reports and presentations for senior stakeholders in clear plain English.
